Privacy policy

This policy describes how Omnivias, a business unit of Omnicog Tecnologia, processes personal data collected through the omnivias.com.br website, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

3. Data we process

  • Website form: it does not send anything to our servers. It composes a message and opens WhatsApp on your device; you decide whether to send it.
  • Direct communication: phone number and the content of messages exchanged by WhatsApp or email.
  • Browsing: IP address, browser and pages visited, logged by the hosting server.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from children and adolescents. Video footage processed in our projects is handled within the client’s environment, under a specific contract, and never passes through this website.

4. Purposes

  • Respond to your request and handle the commercial conversation.
  • Present the platform and run SAT and DAI pilots.
  • Technically size a potential proposal.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal bases

  • Pre-contractual procedures (art. 7, V): commercial contact and proposal.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): website security.
  • Legal obligation (art. 7, II): retention of access logs.

6. Sharing

With processors acting on our behalf (Hostinger hosting and email), with WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose that channel, with companies in the same group, including Omnicog Tecnologia, and with public authorities upon legal request. The website does not use third-party fonts, scripts or analytics tools.

7. International transfers

Some processors may handle data outside Brazil. In such cases, the transfer follows art. 33 of the LGPD.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

9. Retention periods

  • Commercial contact data: 24 months from the last contact, or until you request deletion.
  • Contracted client data: 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Access logs: 6 months, as required by art. 15 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet).

10. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to contato@omnivias.com.br.

11. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risk, including HTTPS, access control and environment segregation. In the event of an incident posing significant risk, we will notify data subjects and the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority), as required by art. 48 of the LGPD.
