Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026. This Policy describes how Omnivias, a business unit of Omnicog Tecnologia, processes personal data collected through omnivias.com.br, in accordance with Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

1. Data controller

The controller is Omnicog Tecnologia, registered under CNPJ 39.522.655/0001-65, operating from São Paulo — SP, Brazil, responsible for the Omnivias business unit.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact form: full name, company, job title, corporate email, phone or WhatsApp, approximate number of cameras, solution of interest and message.
  • Direct communication: phone number and content of messages exchanged by WhatsApp or email.
  • Browsing: IP address, browser, device, language, pages visited and traffic source.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or data from children and adolescents. Video footage processed in Omnivias projects is handled within the client environment under a specific contract and never passes through this website.

4. Purposes

  • Respond to your request and handle the commercial enquiry.
  • Schedule and run SAT and DAI demonstrations.
  • Technically size a potential proposal.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Improve the site in aggregate form.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal bases

  • Consent (art. 7, I) — responding to the contact form.
  • Pre-contractual procedures (art. 7, V) — commercial contact and proposal.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — site improvement and security.
  • Legal obligation (art. 7, II) — retention of access logs.

6. Sharing

Data may be shared with contracted processors acting on behalf of Omnivias — hosting, email, form and analytics providers —, with group companies including Omnicog Tecnologia, and with public authorities upon legal request. We do not share data for third-party advertising.

7. International transfers

Some processors may handle data outside Brazil. Such transfers follow art. 33 of the LGPD, supported by contractual clauses and adequate protection guarantees.

8. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser settings.

9. Retention periods

  • Commercial contact data: 24 months from the last interaction, or until you request deletion.
  • Contracted client data: 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Access logs: 6 months, per art. 15 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
  • Data subject to legal obligation or legal defence: for the applicable legal period.

10. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, deletion of data processed under consent, information about sharing, information about the consequences of refusing consent, and withdrawal of consent. 11. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risk, including HTTPS-encrypted traffic, access control and environment segregation. Should an incident with relevant risk occur, we will notify data subjects and the ANPD under art. 48 of the LGPD.
